How the log days work
A log day runs from when your little one wakes in the morning to when they wake the next morning, so bedtime and any night wakings belong to the same day. Tapping “Up for the day” moves you on to the next day.
For the Settle Session I ask for one full day, for the Settle Programme three days in a row, and you can log up to a full week. Rough times are completely fine.
Everything you enter stays in this browser on this device. Nothing reaches me until you tap “Send my log to Anna”.
